UKRAINE cancelled invitations request for the USA, Canada and EU citizen. So, if you are a citizen of any of these countries you can apply for visa just sending your application, passport, photos to the closest Ukrainian Embassy (Consulate). Citizen of all other countries are required to provide official invitations to apply for Ukrainian visa.
