Location: 2nd floor of the 5 store building on Deribasovskaya street, around the corner of the famous Opera house and across the street of the well known place for those men who already visited Odessa in the past: Irish Pub! Address: Deribasovskaya, #12. "Adam and Eva" office is located at the same building as you may see on the plan above and our help can be provided any time if needed!

Security system: Perfect Audio/Video security system on the Main Door and Audio security system in each apartment. A client can talk to a person ringing a door on the special phone in his apartment to find out the details about the visitor. Then if there are still doubts a client can see this person on the TV screen near the front iron door and to continue talking to him there before a client makes decision if he wants to open the main door.

A short description of all apartments: All 4 apartments are newly renovated and professionally designed in a different styles (Rancho, French, Marine and Ferrari styles). Each one is unrepeatable). Rancho, Monaco and Ferrari include a shower, Marine one (Yacht "Gulfsteam") includes a good-sized bathtub. Click to the apartment links on the plan to see photos of each one and to get more details.

Services: We provide a FULL hotel services at all apartments: daily cleaning, laundry and ironing of your clothes per client's request, a fresh bed clothes and towels every 4 days. If you would like to have fresh bed-sheets/towels daily, please, add $7.00 to the regular price.

Telephone opportunities: There are separate telephone lines at each apartment. We include a short distance calls into a price, but long distance calls have to be paid additionally. We don't cut the "Long distance" calls opportunity as all other owners do. We are attempting to provide a highest qualitative service and count on the honesty and sincerity of our clients in this regard. Please, let us know if you used a long distance call services at the end of your visit!

Internet connection: For those of you who bring Notebook and who uses Windows we'll help to connect to the internet so that you may have it in your apartment. Otherwise you may use the Internet cafe. A few closest ones are located on the next blocks of the apartment.
